Past days! Yesterday I started researching the phone to see what kind of halos it has actually come from previously described. There were some nice halos, but poor pictures. : D Here’s a picture from just over a year ago when I was hooked on what is zyk! I got a few pictures of it where the nipple button it shows. Now afterwards and a couple of things wiser, I would almost dare to argue that there would also be a little 22 ° upside down a bit? Or what's in there?

At the dawn of spring in Äkäslompolo, beautiful halo shapes were visible around the sun. Unfortunately, the picture was only taken with a mobile phone camera.

We were coincidentally observing the sun with a youth star club as halos began to appear around that ball of light as well. There might have been more different forms, but the schedule forced us to stop the search. Good though.

After the May Day lunch we had a short walk on Pornaistenniemi and Vanhankaupunginlahti. The play began with a cloudy side sun formed in a bright thicker cloud, but later there were also traditional side suns as well as a foggy ring towards the end, a top side and a weak zyk.

After the rainbow observation , I turned my gaze to the other direction of the sky and first noticed the bright left side sun. The one on the right was considerably dimmer. Surprisingly, I have rarely encountered situations where a rainbow and halos appear in the sky at the same time. I continued cycling and the celestial phenomena disappeared at the same time.

We were on our way from Laulasmaa to Tallinn and stopped to admire Keila Manor and the waterfall next to it. At the same time, an overhanging arch appeared in the sky. I only managed to state its existence for a couple of minutes until it was time to hop on the bus.

The ghost of the top and the duo appeared in the pictures. Bad halo in Laitila, but towards summer ... there is still time left :)

The small, tumultuous guests of the May Day, with their whispers and May Day caps, had already left their home, and I wondered the silence of the house in the crowd, wondering where to start my own May Day. The colors of the setting sun were reflected in the window, so I headed home to the beach with the camera. That’s when the shimmering red vertical pillar darted from the sun and - according to Tapani - a little too slowly I got the tripod open and the camera adjusted! However, I got a few pictures of the wild red halo against a wonderfully light spring summer night! And it was really good, ...

Haloh April still has such a modest "map halo". Born as a by-product of northern lights photography. The camera had taken circular fisheye images with the timing, and as I spotted the image set, I noticed that a bright, stationary artificial light-toned dot appeared in the center of the image (i.e., in time, zenith). In addition to the dot, for a few squares a clear beach was visible and I sighed that in addition to the faint repos, a faint map halo had been recorded. (For those for whom the "map halo" does not ring bells: from this link you should take a look at what kind of map halo can be a...

During work observed 22r and 22ys. Appeared for half an hour. The balance for halo-april 2018 became 9 halo observations, basic halos. This month was very weak.

I still found a halo daughter for the last day while hunting for a hobby. A subtle side sun (Figure 1). The debris in front of the halo is revealed in a bird-bound version (Figure 2). Immediately afterwards, I noticed a pillar at the Sun, which I had time to think of as a reflection field sun in my emergency ends (Fig. 3). But I don't know. A stricter delineation (Figure 4) shows a sharper "stripping-like" as in many cases of reflection-aa, but perhaps the pillar of habit can be delimited by approx. On the other hand, the Sun disk is visible across its entire width, the phenomenon is still...

In the evening I went for a walk out if there were any halos when I had not been seen earlier in the day and there was a real side sun between the lower clouds. Later, after sunset, a handsome and high reddish pillar also appeared. My balance for this year's halo-april was 16 days left, which is quite a commendable amount.

And one more halo for April, it was very cloudy in the afternoon but after six the sky became clear in the direction of the sun, I could barely see that arc with the naked eye and pretty soon the sun sank again into a thick albeit fine wavy cloud carpet. !
