The nova of Perseus had failed to describe me in the midst of the hustle and bustle. Although the background sky was light, the separation of the subject did not cause any problems. I have to try this one more time in May. The brightness rating is very approximate.

After all, the nova V392Per was found there, even though the brightness of the background sky teased me quite a bit and even if there were repos in the sky judging by the green. There is a dimmed nova, but especially in the black and white negative.

CCD observation of Perseus Nova from a light sky through a thick mass of air. Nova has already dimmed to 8.6 magnitude.

The sky became clear, so the camera out and try. Unfortunately, it seemed to be left in the jpg file format, so I need to take a replay if the weather allows.

A single square in the light sky between the clouds. Nova dimmed to about 0.5mag in less than two days.

In the evening, Arto put a hint of Nova in the constellation of Perseus. After midnight, the clouds gave way, so I was able to describe this rare event. The noise from AAVSO came only a couple of hours after these pictures were taken. Brightness determination from the G-channel of the streak image using the V-channel values from the reference stars.
