Several bright halo forms

22.5.2022 at 17.24 - Pori (III)
Vesa Puistovaara, Porin Karhunvartijat

For almost the entire Sunday, more and fewer halos were visible.

Sun

15.5.2022 at 19.10 - Pori (II)
Vesa Puistovaara, Porin Karhunvartijat

Several halo forms

9.5.2022 at 18.43 - Pori (II)
Vesa Puistovaara, Porin Karhunvartijat

In addition to the 22 ° tire, a fairly secure 9 ° tire [Van Buijsen].

Moon surface feature

6.5.2022 at 22.00 - Ulvila (III)
Vesa Puistovaara, Porin Karhunvartijat

Mare Serenitatis -> I noticed its eastern edge for a more specific reason Friday night. Perhaps the most spectacular in the picture is the crater Posidonius, but it also includes the Apollo 17 landing area, the Taurus Littrow Valley. As far as a suitable mention is concerned, because this event will also mark the 50th anniversary this coming December - and this is the last occupied hearing ... There is a lot more detail in the picture, but this one ... (image rotated 90ast counterclockwise)

One halo form

4.5.2022 at 16.03 - Pori (I)
Vesa Puistovaara, Porin Karhunvartijat

The 22 ° ring looked quite colorful even when seen with the naked eye. The plane swept forward, leaving the old one behind.

Sun

3.5.2022 at 20.02 - Ulvila (II)
Vesa Puistovaara, Porin Karhunvartijat

An attempt to get a more detailed description of the Sun's comma group (3004) ...

Langrenus, Vendelinus, Petavius, Furnelius

3.5.2022 at 19.45 - Ulvila (II)
Vesa Puistovaara, Porin Karhunvartijat

A thin crescent moon in the early evening bright sky - the quality goes by. The Daltons (Langrenus, Vendelinus, Petavius & Furnelius) are certainly the most spectacular details, but the crater Humboldt should also be mentioned: in the picture in the lower right corner. Wilhelm von Humboldt (1767-1835) was a German philosopher, diplomat and linguist.

Several halo forms

29.4.2022 at 16.58 - Pori (II)
Vesa Puistovaara, Porin Karhunvartijat

There are few days after halo april, but here are still a few more halo phenomena than 22ast tires. Image 2 processed to make it look / perceive a little better.

A fireball in a twilight sky

The rather spectacular fireball in Central Finland was recorded more modestly in the Bear Camera 's shots - but let' s add this to the list of observations.

Moon

9.4.2022 at 18.41 - Pori (III)
Vesa Puistovaara, Porin Karhunvartijat

There was a moment between snow showers to capture the Moon, which always creates its own glimmer as beautiful.

Several halo forms

Moon

5.4.2022 at 20.54 - Pori (II)
Vesa Puistovaara, Porin Karhunvartijat

Fast capturing the moon as the clouds sweep ahead. In the picture, the middle part of the crater Janssen resembles like the key of Wanha's time (?) - Fabricius as a key loop, and Rimae Janssen creates the impression of the end ... Poor seeing, high clouds, low clouds, windy etc ...

One halo form

5.4.2022 at 18.10 - Ulvila (I)
Vesa Puistovaara, Porin Karhunvartijat

My first observation of ‘halo April’. The previous days of the past month have been cloudy in the back winter - this evening was still quite windy, the Cloud Cover cracked enough to get some view from the upper clouds after all.

Sun

29.3.2022 at 18.20 - 20.20 - Ulvila (IV)
Vesa Puistovaara, Petteri Ahonen, Juha Ojanperä, Porin Karhunvartijat

Three buckets were spending time in the club on Tuesday night, and the sun could be watched and observed in many different ways; visually with a telescope (Astrosolar film in use!), digiscoping, a planetary camera, and otherwise just admiring the landscape after the sun has already set below the horizon. Initially, more detailed images of sunspot groups (2978 and 2975 & 2976 [of which also separate images]). 5. in the picture ‘digested’ The sun near the horizon at 20:10. Figure 6 The Pillar of the Sun could have had its own separate observation, but let us also add in this context --- Spring i...

ISS

26.3.2022 at 21.04 - Pori (I)
Vesa Puistovaara, Porin Karhunvartijat

The International Space Station was very noticeable last week. A bright, and especially really good and predictable object in terms of visual viewing, which with these prospects will continue to travel until the end of this decade. Even if the ISS is not the most descriptive object, perhaps when viewed in the sky, it will arouse a certain kind of appreciation anyway. I was able to follow the bright spot & streak created by the considerable cooperation even today :)
