Again there was a colorful Corona and a lot of movement - there behind the clouds, but the middle sky was open for a while.

The aurora borealis blazed across the sky and my attention was caught by the particularly colorful Korona near Kassiopeia in the middle sky. It was necessary to act quickly, because soon a cloud of fog would cover the sky. The camera settings weren't quite right for the northern lights, but I managed to capture something. The colors were so-called in the pin.

The evening started promisingly clear, but pretty soon fog clouds took over the area. After all, something was left in the light. In the picture, the Kotka constellation, compiled from several shots.

The sky cleared momentarily and the light from the northeast turned out to be the beginning of the Northern Lights show. Aldebara and its companions can also be seen in this composite image.

The comet hunt ended at dawn. The shore of the sky was getting lighter quickly and the star chart was an immense help in locating the comet quickly. So I was able to capture a small trace of it in a few frames.

The rainbow was spectacular against the dark eastern sky. A fainter side rainbow was also visible from time to time.

A thunderstorm front swept across the border towards the north; heavy thunder, heavy rain, lightning and rainbow. I followed the play from a safe distance. I haven't experienced such rumbling and lightning with rain this summer.

The nights are already getting dark and after midnight the Milky Way starts to appear in the middle sky. On the night of the shoot, there was a bit of cloudiness, fog and the reflection of the Northern Lights, but all in all it was great to be able to admire the starry sky again after a bright period.

The storm cloud came and went quickly. Under the cloud there were strong gusts of wind and finally rain. I didn't have time to photograph the most spectacular stage from the canoe, a little before the cloud came over, but by the time I got to the shore, the cloud had turned to a uniform gray and the Gusts started. But a mind-blowing phenomenon nonetheless.

A really spectacular decision for a fishing trip; after a downpour, the sun appeared for a little while away in flying drops, forming a rainbow. The second rainbow was also visible for a while.

What was observed on the traditional Lapland-Jäämere round of the early summer. There were such perfect arcs and circles and some strange colors of the rainbow. The footage was on a mobile phone and a lot of it was collected between Karigasniemi and Inari. Some pictures attached here. Maybe I can do the assembly and the panoramas later. I think you can find rarities among them. A nice end to the trip to the north.
