A fireball at night, as bright as a full moon - 24.1.2022 at 20.25 Oulu Observation number 104127

Visibility III / V

Not visible

A very bright fireball with a really long tail. I noticed with the side eye because it was so bright. As it flew, its tail first halved before it faded.

Oulu, Hollihaka, kävelyllä etelään päin noin klo 20.25, huomasin taivaalla 'aika lähellä olevan tulipallon/pienen ilotulitteen(?!)' . Väriltään tosi kirkas ja säkenöi, kesti noin 2-3sekunttia, hiipui pois. Säkeinöivä, repaleinen pyrstö, jyrkässä kulmassa, näytti olevan lähellä. Kaakko- etelä-suunnassa.
