The title is because no better (kaan) category can be found ... Tastings of today's geomagnetic activity. Auroras FMI gauges are already glowing red. While it's still bright as we write this, a small snippet of a 50MHz radio beacon signal is displayed - coming in very loud through the Aurora reflector throughout the evening. Electrification keys are probably in active use in many places :-) This is OH9SIX, the Pirttikoski radio beacon.
This signal is marked with a red arrow in the figure. Other frequencies in the range come from, for example, the interfering LTE connection box ...
The observation will be updated with possible image or similar material, as long as it gets dark and hopefully the sky stays clear ...

March 14, 2022, added a few digital photos. The northern lights stand out in them, but not as clearly as they would have seen without the moonlight. At half the local time, Vesanto already had the sky in the cloud. At least the radio observations continue ...
