The 73P / Schwassmann-Wachmann 3 comet was filmed on the second night of March 2022. The comet was discovered on May 2, 1930 by German scientists Friedrich Carl Arnold Schwassmann and Arno Arthur Wachmann at the Berlin Observatory. comet 73P is the parent body of the Tau Herculids meteor flock.
