Visibility IV / V
After work, I headed towards Masku, where a handsome thunder cloud had been clicking for an hour. I got there and set the camera by the side of the road. I had to photograph the receding thundercloud, when suddenly there was a loud rumbling from behind. A new cell had gone up there, so I got in the car and looked for a new place on the map from where I could see to the south.
I drove to a nearby open field and fixed the camera again. Then, suddenly, I felt a strange thing. A light flashed behind his back. It was as if the skin hairs stood on end, while feeling such a jolt. Kinda like big drops of water fell on it that didn't get wet. A bit hard to describe. Such a shock on the skin that felt a little like cold colors. It was a kind of whole-body feeling... thing. And it's as if there's been some kind of booze going on all around.
A couple of seconds later, its daily thump and crackle was heard. I left the camera at the edge of the field and got into the car. Suddenly there was a rush and an insane amount of water.
That is, I was between two cells and the lightning in question came from an all-encompassing, relatively flat-looking area. Possibly from an anvil.
On the way back, it rained insanely and hailed with a strong gust. The speed was about 50km/h until, like many others, I decided to park the car for a while on the side of the road. The road waved and the visibility was really poor.
In the future, I hope that such a close acquaintance with lightning would not have to be experienced.
PS: In the second picture, there is a funny rain/hail line, which for a moment looked like a tornado. In the triple image, I attack the sleds that have passed in front of me. The thundercloud was behind me at that moment and the plunge was just right.
