A fireball at night, brighter than the venus - 14.8.2022 at 21.45 Helsinki Observation number 108499

Visibility III / V

Not visible

A short bright and silent fireball. The "ball" itself was remarkably large, so it clearly stood out from the shooting stars. Based on my observation, the phenomenon also happened quite low. I couldn't get the exact location marked with a mobile device, but I was in Hesperianpuisto next to the opera house and the fireball was visible roughly above Töölönlahti.

Tulipallo havaittu myös Luumäellä samoihin aikoihin n. 21.45 etelässä. Todella kirkas, perässä "savuvana", nopea, kuin ilotulitusraketti. Sammui nopeasti lopuksi ja hävisi.
