Visibility IV / V
Before the frost came, I decided to visit a local fell away from the lights of the village. Even as I was walking on the road, the lights were visible in the pale evening sky. On the dirt road leading to the fell, I then looked for a suitable vantage point, it was also good to watch the yellow moon. Didn't have to wait long....lights appeared a little everywhere, except not from the north. They were heading east-west.
They were really strong, at least to my eyes. So I've never really seen such a great thing, maybe the lack of light pollution affected the view. The atmosphere was anyway, I would say: Wow!
Later, the northern lights also rose from the north. But the better ones had appeared immediately.
