A fireball in a twilight sky - 6.10.2022 at 19.02 Luumäki Observation number 109788

Visibility III / V

Driving on Kuutostie from the direction of Kouvola towards Lappeenranta, I saw a bright fireball quite low on the front right. Clearly brighter than Jupiter visible in the sky. Observation site near the Jurvala intersection. A duration of approx. one second and the fireball both appeared and disappeared quickly. The direction of the road is slightly from east to north, so the observation is quite directly in the direction of the east. The direction of the fireball is also quite close to the east.
