In the middle of Christmas preparations, a little early evening visit to the beach, when the sky is cloudless for a long time. The aurora borealis values were also on point during the day, but they died down after dark. Yes, that arch there on the horizon poked and sometimes even a little bit of life. There was a weird streak in the pictures, probably some kind of cloud that the eyes couldn't detect. When I took the first picture, I thought at first that the dunes were caught in the picture, but upon closer inspection I interpreted them as clouds.

Tämä dyynien ja pilvien erottelu (jos jälkimmäiset ovat sopivassa suunnassa) on joskus todella vaikeaa. Kaupungissa vähän auttaa, kun alapilvirihmat värjäytyvät oranssiltavaan valosaasteeseen. Mutta syrjemmällä voi tulla päänsärky.
Nyt syksyllä on kyllä saanut olla onnellinen ihan pienistäkin reposista.
Oman timelapseni mukaan juuri puolen yön molemmin puolin näyttävät nuo reposet leimahtaneet kunnon roihuun. Sen jälkeen jatkui pitkään himmeämpi lepatus, joka nippa nappa erottui ISO 3200:lla ja 8s valotuksilla.
