I can't see those pollen rings a bit badly, even though I live next to a forest. Maybe there hasn't been enough dust after all. There is always other moss flying in the air when the wind blows, as shown in picture 1. I took these pictures a couple of kilometers away and further from the forests, where the ring was better visible for some reason. I would assume that it is pine. The elliptical shape of the pollen ring stands out clearly in figure 3. The color temperature of the images has been adjusted to emphasize the ring.
