A fireball at night, as bright as the sun - 19.4.2014 at 01.15 Rovaniemi Observation number 24285

Visibility V / V

I left the guy to drive home when I noticed a fireball in front of the sky either probably hit the ground in the end. At first I thought it was an army line of light missile or something similar but hardly so close to the city would they be fired. It was enormous in size and illuminated the clouds in the sky in much the same way as lightning. It was really bright. It didn't last long. I didn't hear the sound when I drove by car. I assume it dropped near Rovaniemi airport.
