Thunder came over and it was accompanied by a really heavy rain and a clear jet flow with heavy rain. On the right side of the picture, the road descends into a railway underpass and it flooded in the rain so a man came from the fire department to direct the traffic and some cars were driving along the bike path under the railway bridge. I got a few pictures of this and also got a clip of the video. The surge flow lasted less than a minute.
The traffic light shown in the picture is 60 meters away.
The video I put together can be found on YouTube . It begins with a normal thunderstorm (12:41) and then a downpour with heavy rainfall (12:43). Finally, another thunderstorm after the situation calmed down (12:44).
