Visibility III / V
After Aki's report , I started pruning the images disturbed by the bugs, and here the first one (two photos) is the same as in that Mikkeli observation.
More accurate time (camera timing data) 20.26.24,537 UTC. From the data of the Finnish Meteorological Institute, the location was found from a positive ground lightning south of Riga to the coordinates 56.3516 N, 24.1498 E, and the peak current is quite low +15 kA. No location found in the Blitzortung data.
I will also move on to the same two other observations and delete the observation already made (third in time).
The second (Figures 3 and 4), a very faintly distinctive, but time-stamped, top-flash. The camera timing shows 20.43.36,801 UTC, and there are two positions for the same second: 56.7895 N, 24.1150 E, +14 kA, and 56.6104 N, 24.0696 E, +180 kA. A BO observation was also found for this: at 20:43: 36.661960064 UTC, 56.558021 N, 23.901947 E, which would well support that stronger IL localization.
Third case, Figures 5 and 6:
From the camera data, the time stamp turned out to be 21.22.34,183 UTC, and as before, the location of the mother flash was also slightly south of Riga: 56.5211 N, 24.0117 E, +40 kA. This, too, did not become a location on the Blitzortung network.
