Quiet aurora arc - 6.10.2015 at 21.30 Valkeakoski Observation number 43420

Visibility II / V

Although the forecast did not yet work wonders, I would go to the beach to check out the situation. That's where the familiar arc was again, this time higher than the horizon. Unfortunately, it dimmed as it activated, making it difficult to follow the flutter. My paperback won’t keep up with the swing, but hopefully one of you good photographers will be captured for observation.

Addition: An hour later, when I went outside again at about 10.30pm, the actively moving belt below the calmer arc became brighter. The rays and spots were clearly distinguished. The movement stopped pretty soon, but I don’t know how long it had lasted before I left to watch.
