Visibility II / V
The comet 252P / LINEAR was in the constellation of the Serpent Bearer in the morning sky. The brighter star in the picture below the comet is HD159052 / SAO122485 magnitude 7.88, the comet is slightly brighter than this. In addition to the circular Koma / halo of about 20 'diameter, the figure shows the tail very weakly 2' to the west. Helsinki's light pollution and the lighting of the Tuusula motorway 350m below a comet at a low altitude of about 20 degrees challenged image processing.
