Visibility I / V
Comet 315P / 2013 V6 (LONEOS) may have had a small eruption on March 15, 2017, according to some international comet forums. In my picture, it’s about as bright as a couple of weeks ago, but the tail is a little different. Near the comet on the left is the star GSC 2524: 606 mag 15.03. The comet clearly distinguishes between a small almost star-like coma and a short tail, the diameter of the coma being 20 "and the tail 80" in the direction PA 210 °. The animation is cropped and shows the movement of the comet for an hour.
