Visibility IV / V
I am asking for identification help here: is it an aureola or a pollen ring stained by the reddened sun, or some other phenomenon? The sun was just setting or setting (not directly visible but could still be behind the cloud on the horizon) and above it the sky showed a strikingly intense orange-red spherical glow. Looking with the naked eye, it was an even more concrete "ball" than what is shown in the picture.
