Visibility III / V
To counteract the traumas of the first day after work, I went to try my luck with a partial lunar eclipse. I sifted through the rising direction of the moon and the best possible views of the Espoo seashores in relation to it, and chose the promontory on Westend beach from among a few candidates. I was a little worried about the clouds waving on the horizon, but the Moon still appeared despite them and I set the camera to click the pictures about every three minutes while I myself admired the views. As the moon flew out of the camera’s field of view, I bit the setup and headed home, but I took one more separate picture at a slightly longer focal length when full shadow was once still available.
