Telescopic comet Schwassmann-Wachmann - 11.8.2017 at 23.36 - 11.8.2017 at 23.55 Orimattila, Artjärvi, Tähtikallio Observation number 66401

The 29P / Schwassmann Wachmann (1908 IV; 1927 II; 1941 VI; 1957 IV; 1974 II; 1989 XV;) comet was filmed in connection with the August work on the first night. The comet was discovered by Arno Arthur Wachmann, Friedrich Karl Arnold Schwassmann on November 15, 1927 at the Hamburg Observatory in Bergedorf. The comet belongs to the Jupiter orbiting family Centaurs. From time to time it can erupt spectacularly. The size of the core is 30.8km and the track is now quite round and outside the Jupiter track, the mean distance is about 6Au. The movement during the shooting is small so no difference Horizon 20: 36UT 21h22m45.99s -14d01'54.9 "14.37mag .Picture stacked under the stars.
