A fireball in a twilight sky - 9.1.2018 at 08.08 Marttila Observation number 69424

Visibility IV / V

In the morning I drove on road 204 from Salo in the direction of Aura after just eight. At Marttila, just before the intersection of road 10, I saw a fireball flying pretty low. The ball had a short tail and its flight path was curved.

The radio was open in the car so I couldn’t hear any sound. The impression was that the ball had fallen close because it flew so "down" and was only visible for a moment.
