A fireball at night, as bright as a full moon - 4.10.2018 at 22.14 Taivalkoski Observation number 78125

Visibility V / V

A really great fireball with northern lights! There was only a small line of fading in the picture, but the brightness was like a full moon, possibly even brighter. So flew towards the northern lights. It looked a bit like it was flying "curved", but not much. It was also quite wide compared to some small star flights. Once the camera was in the right direction, pressing the shutter button was only slightly delayed.

Hieno yhdistelmä ja onnea saada lento kuvaan. Kirkas on ollut, kun jotain näkyi Tampereellakin: https://www.taivaanvahti.fi/observations/show/78130

Sama tulipallo näkyy Oulun kamarassa hyvin matalalla koillisessa varsin heikosti.
