I was on an evening walk when I noticed an arc of northern lights on the horizon above the skyline of Tampere, I immediately set off on a running leg to get a camera. The northern lights were visually stunning, and even the light pollution in Tampere did not spoil the great colors. Really awesome experience.
In the pictures Näsinneula can be seen behind Pyynikinharju, other landmarks in the picture e.g. Ilves and Torni Hotel.
