Visibility II / V

Tapio Lahtinen, Tampereen Ursa

I photographed another Finnish asteroid again.
At the same time I decided to take a longer series in order to test whether I could also do the brightness curve and after calibration and measurements I found that I got the amplitude of 0.386 magnitude.

From the measurements, the rotation time of the asteroid has been calculated to be 3.80 hours. Based on the studies, the shape of the asteroid has also been modeled.

I'll see if I can make an animation of this as well.

PS I noticed a dim bulge on the left side of the asteroid.
I researched the matter and found information that there is a galaxy called 2dFGRS TGN449Z138 and the brightness it has only mag 19.2.
