ISS - 16.7.2021 at 01.38 - 16.7.2021 at 01.41 Turku Observation number 99634

Visibility III / V

Mikko Peussa, Ursa (Länsi-Suomi)

At first, the ISS's orbit seemed to curve directly to Jupiter? After a couple of minutes, this also seemed to happen. However, it is between a few million million kilometers.

Without any prior knowledge of this “overrun,” coincidence was a nice experience.

The image quality in the giffs is quite poor due to the high ISO value and media. Defective pixels - or which lie "angel balls" - dance in the cloud. I made almost no mistakes in the animation images. The first image has been a bit cleaned up. #bongaa100

Olen  joskus kuvannut videon jossa ISS viistää juuri Saturnuksen vierestä. Ja ihan tarkoituksella kun näistä tuli hälyjä.
Hieno havainto.

Kiitos Tapio. Löysinkin sen videosi hakutoiminnolla ja näköjään olin jo 2015 kommentoinutkin sitä. Havaintosi on kyllä hieno ISS:n Saturnuksen ohituksesta.
